Michelle was upbeat and positive. It's obvious how much she loves leading others through nature as a mean for wellness. Her meditation was uplifting and easy to follow, not at all hard core or intimidating as others have been. The walk was beautiful and the meditation ensured we were also taking in the scents and sounds of the forest. We walked in unsure and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you!
