First off, Michelle is amazing. She's real and down to earth and really loves what she does. The experience itself is also exceptional. Before you begin the hike, Michelle talks you through an internal meditation that really sets the stage for the experience you will have as you walk through the woods. You'll learn about yourself and, if you're open to it, explore the things that cause you pain. It's emotional in a deeply personal way, and absolutely worth it. Plus, if you're lucky, you'll land in a really good group and make some potentially long-term friends. I would recommend this a hundred times over, both for the people and the experience.
