Wow. What a special experience. I picked this experience because I wanted to do a hike, but I didn't have a car, so the fact that Michelle drives you out to the trail is a huge bonus. Not only was the hike surroundings beautiful, but the guided meditation and the mindful hike really helped me connect with myself and my goals. It was unexpectedly sweetly emotional. Michelle was so friendly and helpful, and I also loved meeting the other couple who was on the hike. Michelle's experience is top rated for a reason - it is a fantastic time and you should do it!

An incredibly relaxing, rejuvenating and reflective experience. The forest is breathtakingly beautiful and the hike is indeed a peaceful one. Michelle was a great guide; informative, patient and engaging. She also really helps you learn a lot about yourself from the beginning to the end. Today's entire experience was exactly the thing I needed to get myself acclimated to the outdoors of Seattle. Have recently moved from New York City, I was looking for a calm and grounding experience ( like meditation) that also included the gorgeous backdrop of nature. Michelle was an excellent host and guide! Her warm and welcoming personality was uplifting and fun! Our group of women was unique because all 4 of us were new to Seattle and instantly bonded on that commonality. Michelle led us through a thoughtful and stimulating guided meditation for our senses, a 3 mile hike, and then afterwards we shared our reflections over laughs and tasty snacks she provided. The hiking trail was easy and mostly flat. I truly enjoyed my experience so much and was a little sad when it was over. It was a special day with a great group of women. We all stepped away from our routines and out of our comfort zones to do something thing for ourselves. If you want to get out into nature and need some self reflection time in the woods, then this is the perfect way to tune into yourself and unplug from the outside world and your phone!! Do this nice thing for yourself, you'll be happy you did!

Michelle is a great spirit and has a positive energy! She is open and inviting to whomever she encounters. I am jealous of her friends who get to be around her wonderful spirit everyday! She is the perfect guide for the hiking trail! Michelle knows her way around the trail like the back of her hand. You will be lead through a meditative walk through a beautiful trail in the forest filled with water ponds, bridges, and a canopy of trees. Even though it rained during our hike, the trees made the rain into subtle drizzle, which added to our hike. The rain heightened our senses and gave a great breeze! It was the perfect weather! The meditation portion was relaxing and eye opening experience. It was a great way to relax and recharge before returning to the city. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to Seattle! You should not miss out on this experience!

There needs to be more people like Michelle in the world. She's so warm, kind, welcoming - and a great facilitator and listener. I've done a lot of hikes in the area but this is definitely one of a kind. I felt so peaceful and joyous during and after this whole experience. Be sure to eat a solid breakfast beforehand since picnic is light and happens at the end of the hike.

Michelle was amazing! I felt calm and welcome from the moment I met her in down town Seattle. Once we met and got on the road for the hike she had such a great way of getting to know all of us. The Hike was perfect. A little wet that day, but it brought out such a crisp feeling, that I think it added to the experience. I am pretty much a local. I live in Tacoma. When I first read about this hike I knew it was something I needed after my oldest sons wedding. I was right. The calm meditative hike gave me peace and clarity that was needed after such an exciting event. I would recommend this to anyone on a vacation, business trip, or even a Staycation. Well worth it!! Michelle has such a genuine and pure soul. She's obviously been through a lot, and she was able to find peace in her journey. I booked this experience before I even booked my plane ticket to Seattle because it sounded exactly like what I wanted my trip to Seattle to be- relaxed, adventurous and awakening. Michelle took us to a beautiful area right outside of Seattle. We started out with a visualization to get our heads in a place to be open and appreciate the hike we were about to embark on. Once the hike began I was able to get in touch with nature and enjoy the nature areas I was surrounded by. Everyone went at their own pace on the peaceful trail we took, but Michelle kept an eye on everyone who moved at a slower pace. After our hike was over we had a picnic in a nice area and those who wanted to discussed how the experience effected them. I would go on this experience again when I return to Seattle. I booked Michelle's guided, meditative hiking tour because I sensed it'd be right up my alley as I have cultivated my own meditation practice for the past seven years. This was a great experience and Michelle was an excellent guide on this little journey. We didn't know exactly what to expect but knew this could be whatever we wanted it to be; from a simple hike, to full-on inner experience and that put us at ease. We were a four person group where only one other and myself had minimal experience with meditation. Not only did Michelle pick us up from our hotel and drive us our to the forest and trails, she also took the time to talk to, and get to know us. I feel like she adequately gauged our levels and who we were and made the experience the best it could be out of that. We spent five days in Seattle and this was the only day it was lightly drizzling. Fortunately, this only made our hike a better experience. The sound of rain hitting the leaves opened up a whole new dimension to the experience. Prior to the hike we did a guided meditation through all five senses and this helped make me more aware of the surroundings. The hike was a simple, no pressure journey through the trails. It was everything from quiet, to us all chatting, to us stopping constantly to take photos. Never once was Michelle annoyed at us, she was happy to let us do our thing. After the hike she shared a light meal of snacks at a picnic table and food is always the cherry on top with us :D I'd highly recommend this for anyone on vacation, whether traveling alone, or in a small group. You can tell Michelle is passionate about doing this, and we enjoyed spending time with her as much as I hope she did with us.

Michelle is such a loving and kind soul; she made the entire experience so wonderful and pleasant. This was my first time visiting Seattle and also booking an Airbnb "experience." Michelle was so friendly, positive and accommodating. Since we were visiting from out of state and didn't rent a car, she offered to pick us up from our downtown hotel the morning of the hike. She really makes an effort to get to know you, which I dig. I loved how personable she made our hike and allowed us to "modify" our meditative experience. Not everyone in our group are big into mediation and weren't really keen on a silent hike. Michelle was 100% understanding and said she caters each experience to each individual group. I really enjoyed the beginning meditation session; it was so peaceful and relaxing. The particular area she drove us to (about 40 mins East of Seattle) was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and serene.
